The Rayne natives, having over 60 years of combined experience in home remodeling, siding, and windows replacement, decided to open their home improvement business in Lafayette to deliver superior products with the absolute best installation along with optimum customer service from start to finish.
Hollier's Home Improvement Company takes pride in its employees. Currently, on staff, we have one sales manager, two sales representatives, a secretary, and a production manager and an assistant production manager.

Juan Barney
I have a Degree in Architecture from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Construction supervision and management of several major developments, commercial and residential projects. Built several golf courses and tennis courts. Have designed and built custom homes. Supervised remodeling and maintenance of commercial and residential projects.
Lindsey Picard
I graduated from SLCC in 2021 with an Associate Degree in General Studies. I am currently attending ULL with a major of Kinesiology to obtain my Bachelors Degree. My favorite part of working at Hollier's is being able to interact with people on a daily basis.
Allison Hollier
I love making customers happy and seeing their dream homes created. I worked in the furniture industry for 5 years and loved hearing about how happy customers were with the new look of furniture in their home. I also loved helping them with questions and concerns. I then wanted to take it to the next level and move to the Home Improvement Industry. I now have the privilege to see people's homes go from outdated and/or damaged, to beautiful and secure. I've learned so much about this industry and look forward to continuously helping people reach their home dreams.
Alex Mejia
I'm super excited to be working for Hollier's! This is one of the best opportunities I've had in a long time. I've worked for a grocery store for about 6 years, so I have experience in customer satisfaction. My hobbies are board games and video games. My favorite animal is a pug (Please don't judge). Just in case you were curious, my last name is Spanish and is pronounced "mah-hee-yuh". Looking forward to working here!
